CA Legal is a registered and bonded Legal Document Assistant (LDA) providing professional, non-attorney document research and preparation services to individuals and non-corporate businesses throughout California. With over 12 years of experience, we specialize in assisting clients who are representing themselves in legal matters. Our role is to prepare legal documents accurately and efficiently according to your specific instructions. It is important to note that we are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice, represent you in court, or select forms for you.

Our prices are significantly lower than attorneys, allowing you to save money while still receiving professional, accurate, and timely document research and preparation services.

Please note: We do not handle inquiries over the phone or via email. All inquiries must be made in person through a scheduled appointment. However, once a service is requested, communication and discussions may proceed via phone or email.

What We Do

• Civil Litigation Document Preparation: Comprehensive preparation of legal documents for civil matters, from initial filings to post-judgment actions. Our services are designed to support self-represented individuals and non-corporate businesses who choose to handle their own cases.

• Appeal and Supreme Court Document Preparation: Assistance with research and preparing and organizing documents for appeals, including to the Supreme Court. We ensure your paperwork complies with court standards and procedural requirements, but we do not provide advice on legal strategies or arguments.
